The Information & eGovernment Authority in partnership with the BIBF is pleased to invite you to attend the “AI & Chat GPT” Awareness session taking place on Sunday, 19th of March 2023, at BIBF, Bahrain Bay. The session aims to raise awareness about Artificial Intelligence landscape and trends and shed light on its latest development “ChatGPT”, a cutting-edge language model that has been revolutionizing the way machines interact with humans. This learning event is targeted towards government employees and is open to all levels.
AWS Machine Learning Programme Dedicated to empowering the aspiring Bahraini Youth, equipping them with the skills to elevate their expertise in the realms of Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning.
What is the AWS Machine Learning Programme?
An initiative to train 60 Bahrainis in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies through a training program in partnership with Tamkeen, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). The Programme will be delivered by AWS expert trainers and it focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, providing the participants with the ability to innovate and justify AI and ML approaches for any given business problem, and to develop growth strategies for organizations, and teach such organizations how AI and ML will change data ingestion, system requirements and performance, as well as customer experience. Additionally, the programme will enable the participants to identify appropriate AWS services to implement ML solutions, and design and implement scalable, cost optimized, reliable and secure ML solutions.
Programme Modules
Who is eligible?
The programme will accept applicants who are willing to develop and learn from this unique experience. You are eligible if you are:
- A Bahraini national aged eighteen (18) years and above.
- Have knowledge in at least one high-level programming language (preferred to be verified with international certifications);
- Have hands-on development experience;
- Be familiar with Python programming language;
- Have basic experience with Public Cloud from AWS, or similar providers;
- Have basic understanding of ML; and be required to pass the pre-assessment interviews.
