Dr. Susan Hetrick
Group Head of HR Development, Bank ABC
A strategic HR business leader, Dr. Susan is currently the Group Head of HR Development at Bank ABC. Dr Susan’s impressive career has spanned more than 30 years. Prior to coming to Bahrain, Dr. Susan worked for the World Bank in Washington DC. She has also worked with multiple international organisations such as the RBS Group, Aegon, HSBC and Deloitte in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Americas, and the Middle East.
Dr. Susan is a published author and speaker on Corporate Culture in global organizations. Over the course of 30 years, Dr. Susan has implemented award winning transformational change programmes that focus on building sustainable corporate, cultures, brands and reputations. Her passion is in maximising people’s talent that is often untapped in organizations through the culture.
Dr. Susan works closely with the leadership team of Bank ABC to design and deliver the MEA Fintech Forum.
She is currently writing a book on Leadership and the emergence of the Digital Culture post Covid-19.
