BIBF Conducts Team Building Training for Royal Policy Academy Summer Camp
In partnership with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), has successfully conducted a team building training at for Royal Policy Academy Summer Camp, with an aim of supporting the Ministry’s initiative to equip youth with the right skills and prepare them for future challenges. The training was held at Shaikh Abdulaziz Boys’ School in Adliya.
The team building initiative, which brought together 20 youngster from different age groups, included a diverse range of engaging games to develop professional insights in young children and prepare them for the future in terms of creative thinking and problem solving abilities, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and more.
Commenting on the success of this initiative, the Director of BIBF, Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh stated, “We are delighted to contribute to the success of the Royal Police Academy Summer Camp to enable youth to build trust, work together, while having plenty of fun.”
Dr. Al Shaikh also added, “We know that children have a lot of schoolwork to get through and a wide variety of subjects to get their heads around, but there are other important skills that also need to be honed. These skills – such as how to get on with and work well with their peers – is something that cannot really be taught in the way that math and physics. Therefore, team building is a very powerful tool that not only improves their interpersonal skills, but also increases confidence and provides them with additional complimentary techniques that enable them to be more productive both in and out of school.”
