Amal worked for over 7 years in Tamkeen as the Marketing Communications Specialist conducting marketing and public relations work.

Amal has also worked for other reputable organizations such as Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and Bahrain Economic Development Board. She was also the News Reader, Editor and Compiler of National & International News and a Field Journalist and TV Presenter at Bahrain Radio and TV Corporation-Ministry of Information.
