The BIBF Announces its First Graduates for the CIPD Advanced Level 7 Programme
Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) is proud to announce that the first group of graduates from the Advanced level 7 Certificate in Human Resources awarded by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – UK, world’s largest body for HR professionals offered at the BIBF.
CIPD Advanced level 7 qualifications are the most widely-recognised professional qualifications in the field of HR and Development. Set at postgraduate level, they are also the highest level of qualifications CIPD offers. The Advanced Diploma will also provide a pathway to a Chartered Membership (Assoc CIPD). Studying a CIPD level 7 Advanced qualification helps participants develop the breadth of knowledge and specialise in the chosen area. Also, it enables them to learn how to develop and implement creative and strategic HR solutions that drive organisational performance.
Dr. Vijaya Moovala, the CIPD advanced level 7 Programme Manager and Internal Verifier said: “The graduates who are currently working as HR professionals were hard-working, committed, positive, driven to learn and achievement-oriented. They went through a rigorous learning process encompassing knowledge base, skill acquisition and attitude formation. They would now progress to the Advanced level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management.”

This reflects the commitment of our highly qualified team and our training methodology that creates a strong support system for our CIPD learners to succeed.”
The certificates were distributed by the Director of the BIBF, Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, to Mahdi Ali Alsamahiji – HR & Admin Manager [Al-Futtaim Sons W.L.L.], Sama Al Alawi – Director HR [Ibdar Bank], Dareen Shawqi Al Shaikh – HR [BBK], Reem Ahmed Al Bin Ali-Manager – HR [Ibdar Bank], Sharifa Adel Sharida – HR Specialist [Ministry of Health], and Ali Adel Mohammed – HR Manager [EFS].
