At the BIBF, we pride ourselves on being more than a learning institution that provides students with a well-rounded education in addition to cutting-edge training methodologies on trending topics and technological advances, providing a practical training experience. We believe that we are a community where students, employees and employers are able to connect with one another and fully benefit from their experiences.
1. The Auditorium
The Auditorium is a state-of-the-art space located on the ground and first floor of the BIBF’s building. Many events and masterclasses have been held in The Auditorium, with a capacity of more than 300 seats, a digital podium, and impeccable acoustics, the Auditorium provides a sanctuary of modern architectural space, perfectly designed to accommodate modern needs for:

2. Smart Classrooms
The BIBF’s boasts 20 Smart Classrooms that are furnished with leading-edge technology including, Omni-Directional Microphones, Full Speaker Surround System, Multi-Touch Screen White Board Technology, Trainer Auto-Tracking/Motion-Detecting Cameras, Virtual Students Screen, and a fully-Hybrid Classroom Set Up (physical/virtual set up).
3. Computer Labs
The BIBF boasts five State-of-the-art Business Simulation-ready Training Labs located on the third, fourth and sixth floors. These computer labs are equipped with the latest training technologies that accommodate the different topics being taught and provide students and learners with all the leading edge software that aid in the learning process.
4. The Executive Wing
Located on the third floor of the BIBF’s new Building, the Executive Wing includes two Executive classrooms and a VIP Majlis. The first Executive Classroom can accommodate 32 seats and the second one accommodates 24 seats. The VIP Majlis also includes a seating area for waiting or hospitality.
5. Board Room
The Executive Board Room is located on the ninth floor and is ideal for Management Meetings, brainstorming sessions, etc. The Board Room’s seating capacity is 20 seats and includes the latest touch TV Screen that can be connected to laptops for presentations and/or informational displays.
6. A Multi-Purpose Hall
The Multi-Purpose Hall is designed in adherence to ultra-modern and eco-friendly specifications. It is extensively utilized as an integral domain of the institute. The Hall located on the 7th Floor accommodates 86 students at one time. The Hall can be divided into 3 smaller halls with full wall dividers, and accommodates examinations, lectures, masterclasses, etc.
7. The BIBF’s Simulated Dealing Room
A state-of-the-art Simulated Dealing Room, unique in its kind in the region, continues to serve students and learners, true to the BIBF’s vision to provide transformative education and training to its students and to help invigorate trading skills through education and knowledge.
The BIBF’s Simulated Dealing Room is built to offer students a real-world trading experience, powering technology-enabled experiential learning for participants to learn Trading and Portfolio building skills involving all asset classes, including fixed income, equities, commodities and FX in a real environment with technical analysis and trading psychology.
This state-of-the-art trading room boasts 32 workstations, with 2 screens for each student, and aims to broaden students’ knowledge of financial services, encourage, and enhance student and faculty research output, increase employability of BIBF graduates, as well as promote awareness of the global financial markets.
Recreating a professional financial environment, the BIBF’s Simulated Dealing Room is supported by the latest trends in technology, including state-of-the-art hardware and software.
Besides serving teaching and research purposes, the Dealing Room will further enhance the academic reputation of the BIBF by establishing it as a highly sophisticated technological hub.
Moreover, it is expected to attract highly qualified faculty and alumni, to become involved in research projects, collaborations, and other academic institutions.
Overall, the Simulated Dealing Room provides a real sense of technological sophistication, bringing financial markets to the students’ fingertips through cutting-edge software and hardware.
8. The Library
The BIBF library features books and periodicals in both Arabic and English. It includes over 3,000 books on a variety of subjects such as Accountancy, Banking, Economics, English, Finance, Information Technology, Insurance, Islamic Finance, Marketing, Management, and Risk Management. It also holds different periodicals on banking & finance, daily delivery of six local newspapers, free Wi-Fi access, workstations, tablets, Kiosk, charging station and a discussion room.
The Library is more of an Information Service where the librarians can assist students with obtaining information on specific subjects. Database Search services are also available for students who can access a wide range of business references through the online library service.
The library is also available to students seeking a quiet reading or study area. It also includes a separate discussion room. Borrowing facilities are available to students and faculty members. The library located on the first floor; and it is available to all BIBF students, faculty, and staff.
The Library Services
- Information Desk: The librarian can assist students with obtaining information on specific subjects.
- Database Searches: Students can access a wide range of business references through our online library service.
- The Library system allows to search for any book that is available in the BIBF library. You can access it by visiting https://library.bibf.com
- The e-Library system allows to access huge number of e-books, e-journal, business reports, business cases and others. Students can access it by visiting http://elibrary.bibf.com and login using their student login ID.
- Reading and study area: The library is available to students seeking a quiet study area. It also includes a separate discussion room.
- Borrowing privileges: Borrowing facilities are available to students and faculty members.
- Free Internet access and WIFI.
- Charging station area: that facilitate the library visitors with power charging and sanitizing features.
- Self Service Kiosk: that helps the visitors to allocate the library resources.
- Provide tablets: for student research purposes inside the library.
- The Bookshop: it offers the required physical books of certain programs to be purchased.

9. The Café
The BIBF’s Café area is currently served by the well-known Bahraini brand Le Chocolat Plus. With a vibrant atmosphere and classical music playing in the background, Le Chocolat is an ideal place for snacks and relaxation. Furthermore, Le Chocolat prepares and delivers its food with the highest standards, exuding an air of a French patisserie right here in the BIBF headquarters, meeting students’ and faculty demands exceptionally well.
Coffee, tea, fresh juices are also served all day, providing a friendly and relaxing atmosphere where students can stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner during the day and in the evening. Outside seating overlooking the BIBF’s promenade and overlooking the adjacent turquoise sea is a view hard to beat!
10. Student Lounge
The Student Lounge is located on the 4th floor of the BIBF’s headquarters in Bahrain Bay and is a comfortable lounging area for students to gather, study, and relax between classes or when waiting for their lectures. It is a beautiful, welcoming, and exciting place for students to spend time when they are not in class, to chat, get work done, or charge Technology!
The Student Lounge provides comfortable lounging furniture, a Snooker table, Table-Tennis, and a Foosball Table providing attractive, dynamic settings that express the quality and vitality of campus life.
The Student Lounge is where you can go to find out what is happening on campus and how you can participate in events or share experiences. The lounge is devoted to enhancing the student experience and campus life.
